Digital usage is undoubtedly increasing and it brings with it both opportunities and challenges. In this session, Zoe will explore the impact on and benefits to wellbeing our 'always on' culture and give you practical tips to take away to look after your own wellbeing and that of your pupils.

Zoe is a former teacher at both primary and secondary schools where she has held the roles of Head of Computing and Head of Year with responsibility for the transition from primary to secondary school and PSHE. Passionate about how technology can be used to transform our lives for the better, especially around mental health and wellbeing, ZoŽ holds an MSc in psychology and is a member of both the British Psychological Society and BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Zoe is now the founder and CEO of Mind Moose, an interactive digital platform to develop emotional health and mental wellbeing in children.
