Kathy Olsson spent 15 years teaching and leading ICT in primary schools and has also taught across KS1, KS2 and KS3. Following several years working with the Milton Keynes School Improvement Service as an ICT Consultant, supporting primary and special school practitioners to develop and embed ICT in their classrooms, she moved to Lincolnshire County Council as ICT Adviser. She is a SLICT facilitator and has completed NPQH.

Kathy joined E2BN as E-learning Strategy Manager in December 2007. Her work is currently focused on content development, liaison with LAs, training and e-safety. She is especially interested in the impact of collaborative, online working on learning and teaching and how young people are motivated by the existence of an online audience.
